1. About Fullify

Fullify is a personal web-app launcher designed for use in Tesla's built-in browser. It allows you to save, organise, and launch your favourite web apps from a single fullscreen dashboard. Fullify is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Tesla, Inc. in any way.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Fullify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fullify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address to register, and you may be required to verify it.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. All your data will be permanently removed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Free Tier

Fullify is free to use at its core. The free tier includes a launcher, up to 8 shortcuts, light and dark themes, mobile companion access, and per-app Tesla fullscreen mode. These features are intended to remain free for as long as the service operates.

5. Supporter Tier

Supporter benefits are unlocked for users who make a recurring monthly contribution via Buy Me a Coffee. In return, supporters receive additional features including unlimited shortcuts, custom wallpapers, glass tile styles, custom icons, categories, and tap animations.

Supporter status is tied to an active monthly membership. If a membership lapses, Supporter features may be removed. Fullify does not process payments directly. All transactions are handled by Buy Me a Coffee and their payment processor, and we are not responsible for any billing disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or issues arising from their platform.

Supporter benefits are provided as a thank-you for helping cover development and hosting costs. They are not a guaranteed service and may change over time as the product evolves.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fullify for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with other users' accounts, data, or sessions.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access the service without prior written permission.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or any part of it.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Third-Party Services

Fullify provides shortcuts that link to third-party websites and applications (e.g. YouTube, Netflix, Spotify). We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the websites or services accessible through the launcher. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party apps through Fullify is governed by those apps' own terms.

8. Trademarks & Brand Assets

All product names, logos, and brand names appearing in Fullify (including those used as preset shortcut icons such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Spotify, and Apple Music) are the property of their respective owners. Their use within Fullify is solely for identification purposes and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those companies.

Fullify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Tesla, Inc., or any other third-party brand referenced within the application. All Tesla-related trademarks are the property of Tesla, Inc.

App icons and favicons displayed within Fullify may be fetched from third-party sources (including Google's favicon service) for the purpose of visually identifying shortcuts. No ownership of these assets is claimed.

9. Safe Use & Vehicle Safety

Fullify is intended to be used while your vehicle is stationary and safely parked. You must not interact with Fullify, or any app launched through it, while your vehicle is in motion.

By using Fullify, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of others when operating a vehicle.
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of electronic devices while driving in your jurisdiction.
• Fullify accepts no responsibility for any accident, injury, loss, or damage, to you, your vehicle, or any third party, arising from the use of this service while driving or operating a vehicle.

If your vehicle's system allows interaction with the browser while in motion, that is a function of your vehicle and not an endorsement by Fullify to do so.

10. Compatibility

Fullify is designed for use in Tesla's built-in browser but we do not guarantee compatibility with any specific vehicle software version. Tesla may update their browser or in-car software at any time, which could affect how Fullify functions. Similarly, third-party apps and websites linked through your shortcuts may change or become unavailable at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for any loss of functionality caused by changes to Tesla's software, third-party services, or your device's browser.

11. User Content

Fullify allows you to save custom URLs as shortcuts. You are solely responsible for the URLs and content you choose to add. We do not review, monitor, or endorse any content accessed through user-created shortcuts. You agree not to add shortcuts to content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

12. No Guarantees & Discontinuation

Fullify is a personal project provided on a best-effort basis. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Fullify may be modified, suspended, or permanently shut down at any time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of the operator.
• There is no obligation to continue operating the service for any period of time.
• Supporter memberships are voluntary contributions to help cover development and hosting costs. They are not a purchase of guaranteed access, features, or uptime.
• If the service is discontinued, no refunds will be issued. All payments are processed through Buy Me a Coffee and are governed solely by their terms and refund policy.
• Supporter benefits may be changed, reduced, or removed at any time as the product evolves, without compensation or obligation to members.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before any major changes or shutdown, but this is not guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fullify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of data or inability to access your shortcuts.
• Any accident, injury, or damage arising from use of Fullify while operating a vehicle.
• Any loss of functionality due to changes in Tesla's software or third-party services.
• Any harm caused by content accessed through user-created shortcuts.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Fullify shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fullify and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Fullify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law) give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of this agreement.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fullify regarding your use of the service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right.
